In the August issue of Marketing, Karla Courtney explores the brand adidas. From small-town Germany to olympic podiums and MTV, adidas' status as a superbrand is something that has evolved over time and gone far beyond athletics.

Good on Adidas for remaining cool for decades. My first pair of 'Adidas Romes' were the height of fashion in 1977!
