If you’re a Digital Marketing All-Rounder (meaning you’re into SEO, SEM, social media, mobile and anything digital) and in the market for an autonomous role, which offers you the opportunity to enhance your digital marketing expertise across a wide variety of industries and work with some of Melbourne’s hottest up and coming businesses – this is the role for you!


Key to this position will be your ability to establish, build and maintain client relationships. You will be working closely with new and existing TAOS creative clients to develop and plan digital strategies/initiatives, advising them on best practice and presenting recommendations based on their specific business needs.


Brilliant communication skills (verbal and written) are also essential. You need to have the ability to listen, analyse and collaborate with our developers and designers through briefs/proposals, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. Your talent for copywriting will also be held in high esteem.


This role also offers the opportunity to indulge your creative-side, along with your strategic-analytical side. A strong problem solving ability and exposure to web based tools such as CMS, research and analysis programs would also be helpful in fulfilling your responsibilities.


Being able to work with minimal supervision, you should have a strong work ethic and possess the ability to prioritise and manage competing work requirements. You will have the confidence to roll up your sleeves, get involved, take ownership and grow with the business.


The Must-Haves
- At least three years digital marketing experience within an agency, consulting or service oriented business.
- Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage self and others to deadlines.
- A flexible and nimble approach to satisfy changeable client/business requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident, well spoken and personable.
- High level of computer literacy, strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
