Reporting to divisional leader, this role will develop and implement all aspects of the marketing strategy and objectives, with a view to providing growth on the category you are managing. Key areas of responsibility include budget control, forecasting, strategic planning, media planning, market analysis, promotional plan design, product launches and reporting.
You will have overall responsibility for your brands and a small team, so in addition you will need to be able to lead and develop these individuals in their roles and careers.
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in health & beauty products would be advantageous, along with proven experience of making a positive impact on category growth.
You will be a senior brand manager or junior marketing manager looking for a new opportunity to work in a market leader.
Staff management experience is essential.
