Our client is one of the largest and most highly awarded global advertising agencies in Australia. They offer career planning, training and employee benefits that are second to none in this industry. Their Sydney CBD offices are outstanding and the culture is fun, creative and dynamic.
They have a number of retail clients and their agency operations allow them to manage the high volume needs of these clients seamlessly. Earlier this year they won a dynamic property development client and whilst it is fast faced it presents some great, diverse creative opportunities. The team includes a GAD and two account directors and they are now looking to appoint two account managers to support the account directors. Each account director/manager team will look after different states/territories. The work involves brand development for various land/property projects and the production of broader communications (radio, print, DM, digital, collateral).
The ideal person to work on this client will be exceptional project manager and very good at managing multiple stakeholders. Experience working on a high volume retail style account is desirable. The account directors do a fair bit of travel so you’ll also need to be confident enough to run small to medium projects autonomously. It’s actually a great step up for someone who has been working for 18 months to 2 years in a larger team to prove that they have what it takes to work in a flatter structure and take on more responsibility.
