Description
As the market leader in novated leasing we are expanding our marketing team to improve our penetration into a ‘Blue Chip’ client base and provide the framework that will launch us into new market segments. For this role we are looking for someone who brings fresh ideas and initiative to the table and who enjoys working in a supportive team that’s low on hierarchy and politics but strong on support, growth and achievement.
Your New Role
Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Manager, Marketing your responsibilities include:
ensuring the brand promise is effectively embedded at each touch-point;
bringing together organization-wide customer feedback systems for management;
maximising customer experience;
managing eligible prospects and leads, and abandonment processes to assist retail sales conversion optimization;
database management and outbound activity management; and
delivering on agreed KPI’s and reporting framework.
About You
Your skills include:
experience in consumer touch-point analysis & set-up along with contemporary marketing research methods;
data management, analysis methods and statistics;
leadership and people management;
ability to manage relationships, deliver clear succinct messages supported by evidence;
demonstrated initiative, prioritization, problem solving, patience, flexibility and co-cooperativeness; and
superior communication skills and responsibility for own actions and accountability of self.
You may also have previous experience in a senior market research role and /or formal qualifications in a marketing or business related discipline.
