Description
Sitecore Australia is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Manager to join our extremely successful Australian team, reporting to the Marketing Director. To thrive in this role, you need to be energetic, hardworking, dedicated, organised, and forward thinking in order to promote the company’s web based digital marketing solutions.
The role includes:
• Assisting the Marketing Director and sales team to implement lead generation strategies through, but not limited to events, webinars, partner and online channels, including:
o Webinars – implement webinars including planning and communicating that schedule, coordinating with graphic artists to create ads, coordinating email blasts and banner placement, setting up landing pages, custom reminder emails and assisting with the operational aspects of the webinar
o Trade show event planning, graphics coordination with creative resources, logistics, sales coordination and lead importation and email follow up
• Maintaining the website and event websites
• Online advertising and online promotions, including social media
• CRM – work with Microsoft CRM to import leads, create marketing reports from CRM
• General administrative duties
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or equivalent are essential
• Experience with marketing a software product is desired
• 3-5 years practical marketing experience
• Knowledge of design programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is an advantage
• Experience with online advertising and promotions will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, hard-working, willing to learn on the job and deadline driven
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to interstate conferences as needed
• Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team
• Being organised, creative and a problem solver
