A great opportunity for an experienced digital strategist to join one of SA’s most dynamic Marketing teams.
The eCommerce Development Manager is responsible for managing RAA’s website, eCommerce and digital communications on an ongoing basis. For an 18-month period the role incumbent will also manage the Web stream of a major business transformation project, reporting and delivering on key objectives.
The role reports to the Design and Production Manager, within RAA’s Marketing Communications team.
The successful applicant will be tertiary qualified in Marketing and/or Business, with 5 years minimum experience in the web/digital communications realm. Previous project management experience will be highly valued, especially in projects with a strong web/digital focus.
Project Management
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and cross-disciplinary teams
• Software testing knowledge and skills
• Ability to pull information and deliverables from internal and external sources
eCommerce Management
• Experience in managing a small team of specialists
• Working knowledge of Content Management Systems
• Understanding of marketing campaigns
• Knowledge and understanding of web design and information architecture
