Senior Technical Producer $80K-100K

Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Director, your role will take the lead as a technical digital producer, giving you responsibility of creating leading eCommerce solutions whilst liaising with our Magento architects and the client. You will work across a diverse range of digital projects but primarily focused on enterprise ecommerce solutions built on Magento’s ecommerce platform. You will be working on website projects from initiation to completion as well as a number of larger client retainer accounts.

Responsibilities
* Work directly with clients on their digital strategy;
* Conduct client and focus group workshops;
* Develop cost estimates and proposals;
* Develop technical and functional specs;
* Assist with technical pre-sales work
* Quote, plan and execute client upgrades and projects;
* Ensure delivery of all projects within the allocated budget and time line;
* Assist in the management of development resources assigned to the project;
* Work closely with our ecommerce solutions architect to design best of breed Magento ecommerce websites;
 

Experience
* Min 4 years as a digital producer/account manager;
* Excellent understand of the digital world;
* Must have very strong technical skills – LAMP Stack and other web based technologies;
* A portfolio of website projects that you’ve worked on including a range of ecommerce websites;
* A good understanding of the user journey and conversion funnel for ecommerce;
* Experience with various CMS platforms – especially Magento;
* Mobile experience;
* Excellent interpersonal & documentation skills;
* Usability and customer-focused design experience
* Experience with Agile Development methodologies
* Must have worked at a web dev agency (or similar) with experience producing websites from inception through to completion;
Qualifications
• Tertiary qualification expected;
