Mitchell Communication Group saw $19.4 million net profit for the 2010 end of financial year, a 1% increase on last year’s figures.

Mitchell made particular mention to the Group’s online advertising businesses – which recorded a 27% increase compared to last year, which is twice that of the online advertising market as a whole (which increased by 13%).

This report comes after Mitchell’s July 2010 announcement that Mitchell Communication Group was acquired by London-based, Aegis Group for $363 million. A successor for Mitchell is still to be revealed, but Mitchell should remain in the business for the next two years.
