Kmart is launching a new brand campaign, ‘Expect Change’.
The brand is purporting to be improving consumers shopping experience by cleaning up their stores to give aisles a wider appearance, transferring economies of scale to their customers and improved staff customer focus.
“We have made many changes over the past year to enable us to now go out and tell everyone – expect change – when you come into Kmart. I am delighted to say that already we have had some wonderful feedback from people in the communities where we operate,” said Kmart managing director Guy Russo.
The campaign creative incorporates actual Kmart employees and was developed by SapientNitro Melbourne.
