Optus has established a media advertising centre that aims to offer information on targeted advertising opportunities across the telco’s mobile and online platforms.

The launch coincides with the formation of an advertising services arm under the Optus Media brand, giving the company the ability to respond to advertiser demands with customised solutions.

“Optus offers potential advertisers access to its large customer base, as well as the flexibility to engage with a truly converged, personalised online and mobile content service,” explained Mark Mulder, general manager of Optus content and portals.

“The new product offering across fixed and mobile will give advertisers the opportunity to measure effectiveness in real time, making Optus Media a compelling advertising proposition.”
