Precinct, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Photon Group, within its specialised communications division, has acquired corporate design consultancy Ross Barr & Associates.

Ross Barr & Associates (RBA) have been leaders in their field
for over 30 years, as one of the most experienced designers in
Australia, they create value and uniqueness for their clients in
corporate, investor and brand communications.

Precinct and RBA have complementary strengths in investor relations
and transactional design. Both companies have built a reputation for
high quality design thinking for many of Australia’s top 100 companies.
