The B2B Lab took viewer questions via live chat and Twitter, and this instalment covered a wide range of topics from the changing relationship between CMOs and CIOs, to Australia’s manufacturing industry, to whether it’s acceptable to give gifts to your clients. The panel also looks at some examples of good (and maybe not-so-good) campaigns from B2B organisations.
