Media agency Mindshare will have a changing of the guard, with James Greet replacing John Petropoulos as CEO.

Greet was instrumental in turning OMD’s fortunes around and industry sentiment predicts a similar future at Mindshare. Greet spent the past four years as co-owner of recruitment firm The Ladder, after leaving OMD and media in 2006.

Mindshare’s current Melbourne office general manager, Mark McCraith, will also step up to the role of managing director.
