Google reveals 2009 zeitgeist

Google has released its annual zeitgeist report of top search terms.

The most popular Australian search? Facebook. People googling Google came in at sixth and competitor Yahoo came seventh. The top 10:

Australia punched well above its weight, with ‘MasterChef australia’ coming in at number 10 in the fastest rising food and drink category, globally.
