Merger: V Project and Lighthouse Interactive get born

Share

Digital agencies Lighthouse Interactive and the V Project have today announced a merger, rebranding the two shops as a single agency called Reborn.

Lighthouse Interactive and the V Project have worked together collaboratively for the past three years, but have now shacked up together for good.

“Reborn is about the re-birth of our two companies into one and reflects our passion to bring campaigns “to life” for our clients,” says Sabir Samtani, director of Reborn and founder of the V Project.

Reborn can now boast the business of Estee Lauder and the ASX, Colgate Palmolive, Club Med, Coty, Fairfax Digital, L’Oreal Group, Mirvac, Novartis, Revlon and Tourism Ireland.

“After three years establishing a reputable client base and strong portfolio as two separate agencies, merging under the “Reborn” banner in 2011 signals the next phase of growth for our company and cements our team as a united force in Australia’s digital landscape,” says David Easton, director of Reborn and founder of Lighthouse Interactive.
