Dash PR wins new business: Sticky Tickets

It looks like all the hard work Christine Kardashian has been putting in since the launch of her agency Dash Public Relations is paying off. The Newshound reported on Kardashians win of the ASUS PR account on May 9th, and now an article on the Sydney Morning Heralds website has prompted Matt Freedman, CEO of Sticky Tickets to approach her directly.

I had been thinking of engaging a PR
consultant for Sticky Tickets then saw the article about Christine and
Dash PR. Christine appeared professional, intelligent and sincere. With
Sticky Tickets also being a start-up, we were happy to engage and
support Dash PR.

Sticky Tickets, which launched in July 2007, is a free service which allows amateur and professional event organisers to promote, sell and manage their events, be it private or public, corporate or casual. Developed by Hunter-based company Redback Solutions, it is the first events portal of its kind in Australia.

Dash PR will manage PR for Sticky Tickets as it begins to ramp up its awareness program and maximise its network of event organisers. A significant focus of the campaign will be to unleash the Sticky Tickets brand through proactive publicity – event announcements, organiser case studies, as well as profiling – corporate and the Sticky Tickets website.

Getting your name and business out there is a challenge, particularly for start-ups and small business. Luckily for me its my profession so I have a bit of a head start. However you can never underestimate the power of word-of-mouth – the grapevines are talking, said Kardashian.
